Building friendships across ward boundaries through shared interests
Foster deeper connections and friendships between members of our Wake Forest stake. Groups cross ward boundaries and bring people together around common interests and hobbies.
Each group is driven by an individual stake member with a niche interest who is willing to volunteer as host. The stake provides communication support and this website but does not officially endorse or support any specific activities.
We encourage group leaders to include a brief spiritual message at the beginning of each gathering. We also warmly invite leaders to welcome friends from our community who may not be members of our faith to join with them.
Church buildings are available for group activities, subject to a few guidelines.

We will meet about once per month to play musical instruments and sing. Each group member will submit a list of songs they'd like to play and we will endeavor to find songs that we all want to play together. Ammon will provide an acoustic guitar, electric guitar, a piano, ukulele, keyboard, microphone/PA with reverb and other vocal effects, djembe drum and other hand percussion instruments. You are welcome to bring other instruments as well.
